These Terms of Service govern the use of the “Mira Mirror” app (the “App”). By using the App you agree to these terms.
Mira Mirror provides AI-powered, positive style and appearance feedback based on photos you provide, plus additional features such as glow-up routines, style and body compass, outfit comparison, product advice and virtual try-ons (“Magic Mirror”).
All content in the App consists of AI-generated suggestions about style and presentation. It does not constitute and does not replace medical, psychological, dermatological or any other professional advice.
Analyses, scores, texts and images are generated by artificial intelligence. They may be inaccurate, incomplete or erroneous. Virtual try-ons are visualisations and do not reliably represent the fit or appearance of real products.
You may use the App with an account or as a guest. Guest sessions and all related data are automatically deleted after 24 hours. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
Only upload photos you hold the necessary rights to. Photos of other people may only be used with their consent. Unlawful, offensive or harmful content is prohibited, as is abusive, automated or excessive use of the AI features.
AI features (in particular analyses and virtual try-ons) are subject to monthly usage quotas that vary by account type or boutique licence. Once a quota is reached, the feature is paused until it renews. Features described as “unlimited” (e.g. inspo scans, outfit suggestions, wardrobe items) are unlimited within the scope of personal, ordinary use. In case of abusive, automated or commercial overuse we may throttle or restrict usage. AI image generations (try-ons, cutouts, look images) count towards the monthly image allowance of your plan; the annual subscription includes 120 AI images per month, the monthly subscription 150.
Use of the App in retail stores is subject to separate licence agreements (number of devices, term, quotas). Details follow from the respective licence plan.
All rights in the App, its content and trademarks remain with the operator. You retain all rights to your uploaded photos; you grant us only the simple licence required to provide the service.
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. The App is provided without warranty of uninterrupted availability.
We may amend these terms with effect for the future; we will inform you of material changes within the App. Please direct questions to the operator via the contact address stated in the app store listing or on the website.
